Ingredients:

* 1 cup Curd
* 2 cups Water
* A pinch of Rock Salt
* Jeera powder
* Red Chilli Powder

Methods:

* • Beat the curd in a blender for 1 minute.
* • Add water to the above and mix thoroughly.
* • Add salt and spices stir well and buttermilk is ready to serve.
