does anyone know a good nighttime leg cramps remedy? what causes leg cramps at night? is it a lack of calcium or potassium? sounds like there are a lot of different possible reasons for it.
Hot shower or a warm bath will helps, other get relief by rubbing the calf with an ice pack.
Don't do too much excercise and alcohole..drink plenty of water and use healthy food.
