Received the activation email but Can't log to File manager

I can login to the forums, but when
I try and login to File Manager free.bizhat.com/cp/
I get "INVALID USERNAME / PASSWORD".
I'm sure username+password are right, since I got them in the received email.
So why I cann't log in?[/b]

The passwords are case sensetive so besure to have the letters right.

Also you need to have yoursubdomain.bizhat.com <- gotta have bizhat.com extension on there also.

Maybe because your account is not yet activated. I also thought I received the activation e-mail but its not, I think its the third mail you are to receive from Bizhat before your account gets activated. Not sure though, this is based on my experience.

Im having the same problem too, my acc has been activated but i cant log in... :(

There are the e-mail subjects I got from them before my account was activated.
