Asking about doing website with bizhat

I am a Thai. but i read the regulation indicated that bizhat agree one who do the website only in English, right????

If yes, ok i wiil do my best to do my own website in English. The second question is that do you have the forum for teaching me decorate the website or make people (members and other) are interested in my site.??


Please help me coz I am not good in English, computer skills, and many many bad factors.

Only good thing is my abilities is that I am endurable to do the most for my new site
