Just as I can recomand CuteFTP Pro or Home, 3D FTP or FTP Voyager. All that clients are working fine for me, quick and easy. I hope this will help you mate :)

I use cuteFTP 7.0.It's very easy to learn and friendly.

I'm currently using SmartFTP its nice, its almost the same as the regular Bizhat.com FTP when you log in and stuff.

I like alot Filezilla, because it's very simple and useful, got a nice UI (maybe not as preatty as SmatFTP or CuteFTP) and does the job very very good.

If you're having problems with Filezilla connecting to your account, try changing your proxy settings.

I really recommend this client, I use it all the time at my job. :) :wink:

hmm, but i recommand CuteFTP lol. cause i really had problem with Filezilla last time, not sure why.

It is asking for label,which i know is only at the client side.
Please tell me what should i put in FTP Host address,FTP user

yes address: myname.bizhat.com
User name: myname.bizhat.com
make sure your site name and your name when register are the same..

address should be ftp.bizhat.com and then username you.bizhat.com then your password.

I use SmartFTP, if you get ahold of your severs IP, then you can put that instead of ftp.bizhat.com

i am a new comer, i can't log in the ftp server with my user name and password, should i wait a period of time to get access to the server?

Try this.
FTP Url: ftp.bizhat.com
Username: yourname.bizhat.com
Password: Yourpassword.

If that failes there is another solution.

FTP Url: ftp.bizhat.com
Username: [email protected]
Password: yourpassword.

I use Total Commander for upload my files. It's easy. I use CesarFTP on my computer. My friends can view my files, and download from my computer programs. I can create accounts for my computer, and password protect have. I can view who is at my computer, and what he\she work.

yes, both are working...ftp.yourname.bizhat.com doesn't work any more..

Uh-oh ...

Would that password be the numbers and letters
sent with the first email form Bizhat? I don't have
it anymore. Didn't realize it was important.

So how to I retrieve the password given me by
Bizhat? (I don't see any contact/support options
on their site.)

Yes I love FTP. Its soo much easier 2 upload. I like it best when you have direct FTP access. I have done it before and im inlove with it. its sooo simple and easy. :D

I got a program called web pager maker.
It has a built in ftp. I also have a FTp program ACEFTP
the free one that I like to use very well. Does a good job for what I want it for.

try ftp://ftp.bizhat.com

and then push enter.
It should ask you for login name and password put
yourname.bizhat.com in login name and passsword is your password.

My frontpage is set up FTP.

you can try CuteFTP . it is easy to use.

That looks like smartFTP
Put, coating.bizhat.com as login
login: coating.bizhat.com
Password: 隐藏 (Try and put it in english)
Make sure that your password is in english if not your password might now have been put int he server correctly.
ftp address: ftp.bizhat.com
port: 21

i can't use my ftp server.

Is FTP basically a file manager for your website. I tried FTP once and it wasn't the nicest thing ever. I always get mixed up with the fancy names like hostname etc. This helped me out, Thanks.
