but dial-up isn't really that bad
i just hate the part which u have to wait for every page to load
got dsl right now, currently payin about $30US
but they are offering it at 19.99 right now, hope the price is gonna drop for me..
I get my conection free. My work is paying it for me.
I got a 512/128kbit conectio :lol: NOT as fast as a Cable internet :roll:

I use ADSL and I keep it that way :wink:
I am not for cable, if many people use it in the street the speed lowers ans also because the cable is much furder away from my PC :roll:

If you live in South Korea (A.K.A. internet gaming mecca), VDSL is provide for about $20 (Very cheap). Its speed? 52 Megabits per second download, and 12 Megabits per second upload.
52Mbps = 6.5MBps
12Mbps = 1.5MBps
Unfortunately, I don't live in SK, and USA will take a much longer time than SK to progress to such speed.
