Please add more info on how to reopen a closed account that has exceeded the bandwidth limit. My hosting is ricardo.bizhat.com, it has been closed for 3 months and I am not able to reopen it. Please add more information on how to do it. Thank you.

Hello everyone.

I have been waiting the full day for my free hosted site. I have done all of the required, 6 posts (excluding this one) and signing up at the netfreehost area. I don't really know if I'm suppose to wait for longer than 24 hours or if it's over 24.

My link would be outfit.bizhat.com
I'm unsure if I am completely qualified for this still but if I am, please help. If I'm not qualified, please inform me of what else I need to do.
