FTP server is same as your web site url.
That is yourname.bizhat.com
ftp yourname.bizhat.com
Check your welcome mail, this is clearly specified.

ssorry if i sound like an idiot here but when i click "file manager" in browser it comes up with an ftp loggin but when i put the information in i get "Could not connect to server wamc.bizhat.com:21 with user 'whatever i try', try again..." what username do i use as i did not get an email with username and password in it.

After perusing this site for awhile and thinking my freesite was already up and running. I see a 5 post rule before it completly takes effect? I was just curious as to how one goes about finding their Username.bizhat.com. When i got the email for my site it said my username was Admin. So i figured i'd ask. Sorry for wasting your time with this noob post i'd just like to be able to get a few mods on my site such as a gender field in registration form.
