Using FTP - (if you are new to FTP)

I like using Filezilla to connect to a friend who provides me with graphics and tutorials I need to learn, I am new to all this but learning fast. I am really trying to find a host for a phbb style I like.

I use Total Commander bult-in FTP, is there a better and more stable FTP program i can use?

I'm new to this area and it would be good if someone has tutorials for the FTP programs that I could study. Thanks

Can anyone tell me how to upload web site which is made using Microsoft Office Publisher, i try to do that using FileZilla but with no succes. Should i use some other program or what?

NO ONE can FTP.
Do not bother trying. I read this 22 pages thread from beginning and I see only people unable to connect to ftp.
I stop trying. There is no Free Web Hosting here :-(

filezilla is best for ftp
