what is the best search engine?

I use google for all my searches. It loads fast as it simple page. I don't use Yahoo search as its lot more than search engine, so don't want to load all unwanted thing when i need to do a web search.

Of cause google is the best!

Yahoo has been updated and now i like yahoo most than google since it is now also become fast and comprehensive search engine.

google by far. yahoo for example can't be any better as it uses google and is therefore based on it...

they are all nothing when they face google !

Google has certainly been the best of the past few years, and is certainly the best of the selection above.

Google is fast, comprehensive, and effective. Whatever people may say about Google's Adsense technology, it often delivers precisely what I want without the hassle of further searching. Google's Adsense technology also financially supports several websites I enjoy, which only makes it all the better. Guess which I voted for?

Google has one disadvantage: automatic connection to local version. And, of cource, different results. For example: google.com, google.ru, google.fi makes various lists.
In any cases this is not good.

Google is more popular search than Yahoo and other.

Google search is by far the best websearch i've seen. nothing un necessary in search pages. Also i'm trying new Google Desktop Search. It makes searching a lot faster, as fast as web search.


For getting on to main google site try www.googlee.com

Google is the best search engine I have used in term of coverage.
But very rarely it's down or slow in loading. Its interface is clean
and the page loads quickly.

I use google mainly. Everyonce in a blue moon I decied to use yahoo if I get the results I'm looking for w/ google.

Google = Clean interface
Gmail= Google Mail = clean inerface

I agree. Google search is very clean and won't eat ur bandwidth with useless things. i know it 'coz i've a download based DSL connection. More over Gmail makes it even easier with POP mail to access email.

Gmail provide POP3 access ? If yes, what is the settings ?

i've used google for as long as i can remember using search engines. have not seen anything better. it has managed to become the best known engine anyways so everyone is using it. that's i think is the reason why it serves so many persons online. that's my opinion.

I vote "Google" because it can really return what I am looking for... In my opinion, it is an excellent searching engine in web.
