The longest word in the English language, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, is pneumonoultraicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. The only other word with the same amount of letters is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconioses, it's plural. Hydroxydesoxycorticosterone and hydroxydeoxycorticosterones are the largest anagrams.
