Can anybody tell ma a way to get top 10 listing in google
what are the basic things i have to follow?

I have already done metakeyword,phrases,Serchengine submission.

what r the aother remaining?

you need to have a good content which can not be found in other website.
exchange links.
make your site se friendly.
use alt text in describing images.

Also make sure you use a keyword or two in the title of your pages. Make sure the text on your page is full of keywords and that the text is near the top of the page.
