Slow server ?

Is there a problem with the server at the moment ? as its running incredibly slow at the moment !

Whenever i try to connect to my site http://uk_spaderz.bizhat.com it can take up to a minute for for the page to start loading , its been like this for 3-4 days now ..

I had the same problem when trying to log onto the message forum !
