Recently i found one very good web application which can be very help ful to update delete or edit out page without ftp or site login. You need to just put one siteman.asp page in ur root directory. All done. For absolutely free download visit following link. And yes you must need .asp activated at your server end.

yes its possible .. once you have siteman.asp in ur root directory, you can just edit any page by just opening siteman.asp from browser provided you have write permission in that directory, you can either delete or upload pages even.
