Photoshop is the best because it has the most tools and tutorials out there so it is easy to learn and easy to use and it makes some pretty cool stuff!

Or you can go to your administration panel->Styles admin->menu->then download a style and use that, they have some pretty neet styles just preview all of them and pick like 2 or 3 that you like,...

Like I tell to everyone with these kinds of sites if you have an eye catching template you get people attracted to the site and they will use it when they need to because it looks professional.

It is kind of plain if you could liven up a backround or a template then it would look better. and also if you could seperate the wallpapers into catagories it would be more organized.

I have used it before and I dont like it, but it is free, if you are looking for a program for your site this is the cheapest way to go because it is the best free one I would say.

yes you would have to contact who ever you got that from and ask for the psd. because jpg. you cant edit becuse it is a solid image.
