Man ubuntu is pretty much easy to install.
Its jsut like installing Windows actually.
Just follow the installation wizard, READ every instructions and
voila! You're done!

My first ubuntu...

well we used RHEL 4 and created routers for multi-homing.
Then we installed Quagga and used Zebra, OSPF and BGP.
There you can configure load balancing, fail-over system etc...

LOL! for more complex configurations I think that is the time to ask for help... for simple questions we can ask Mr Google anytime!
But forums like this really does help, I actually learned using...
