I guess they don't provide PHP support no more.
I use both paid hosting and free hosting. Most of my free hosting sites are only fun sites and basic HTML. If you want to have more than just HTML especially with space, bandwidth, no ads, mysql...
If your forum is maintained by a free web host, you most likely need to contact them for a Mysql backup.
If not, you should be able to back up your forum from administrator option from your forum...
Form mail can't be generated by plain HTML. You need to use ASP or PHP to send mail.
Unfortunately, bizhat free hosting does not support PHP no more :(
Here is the simple mail with PHP script,...
I like Gmail because it offers a bigger space (1GB storage) and POP mail server.
Just my two cents :)
PHP support is now disabled, please read here: http://forums.bizhat.com/ftopic7833.html
Look what I gound from their announcement:

No wonder PHP for my site never get...
The free hosting is just a basic HTML hosting. I don't know if it works for ASP.NET though.
To delete files, you need to go to your control panel and file manager.

I am still waiting for mine too. It's been months. Any reasons why it takes this long? Any admin here?
What is the site that you registered with for a free phpbb2 forum?
I would contact their tech support if available. However, most of free host don't offer web support.
Good luck
Did you get the email that your account activated? If not, you will get them soon hopefully.
Just my two cents
I think you can request for a bigger space and bandwidth when you reach to a certain number of non-spam posts.
It's a free service! If you need a bigger space without waiting, you should consider...
Can u browse your URL from the browser e.g. yourname.bizhat.com?
If not, You should have gotten another email that your site is activated or something like that.
My two cents :)
I think you posted this request in the wrong forum
I guess this is their strategy to give out a free service. Nothing is really free!
For instant PHP, you may want to consider to subscribe to a paid web hosting.

First of all you need to make sure that your server have PHP enabled.
Here is a free script you can upload to your server:

Hope this helps :)
Can I make one suggestion: I like the forum, but the automated audio can be annoying for some people.
Just my two cents
