Front Page is very good to make html sites, I never change my program...

To make graphics I use Adobe Photoshop

I usually used Jasc Paint Shop Pro, but when I found Adobe Photoshop I loved it!

But, if you have a font with the other people don't have, it will not work, you have to put 1 font that exist in any computer
