All the software I use. But if you wanna best designing use Marcomedia Dreamweaver Mx..... Any type of file you can designing..... But to learn all type of files like html, asp, php, it take...

You can make your own guestbook by creating database for your guestbook. Just create a new table.

Or you can have a free guestbook.... example:

You can use php if you want a forum on your site.... I don't think html can design a forum. Because html cannoy use database. Other format like php, asp use database.
