    Ok it seems my firewall for some reason is making it not show up. How can I make it work with my firewall on? It has been working just fine and all of a sudden gone.

    OK for anyone else, this is future reference...I have Norton Internet Security 2005, I had to disable my popup blocker for Norton to allow my banner to show up, I guess because it was being uploaded im not exactly sure yet. Just wanted to let everyone else that has this problem know about it.

    What kind of banner is it, show me a link to it. I think its your browser set up the options to update the page everytime you go to it. Thats how I solved my problem.
