Few plants naturally adapt themselves to the landscape and absorb water directly from the soil. If you have plants that blossom even after not watering, restrict the supply of water to the plant to 2 times in a week.

Check the size of the plant. You should always water your plant depending on their size. If the plant in your garden are small, you do not need to water it everyday. You can sprinkle little water on the soil or pot. For example, water little one day and sprinkle on the next day.

The water dries up from the plant due to sunlight. So, the best time to water your plant is early in the morning or evening when the sun sets.

Check the soil composition. Loam soil absorbs water and stores moisture. This makes it a good soil for the plants to stay hydrated. Dry soil soaks water from the plant and the leaves start turning yellow within days.
