    Default Sit back and do nothing

    Hi,
    Ever so often we need to sit back and do nothing. Take a cup of your favorate coffee ,tea,or hot chocolate, sit in a comfortable chair, put your legs up and breath. Try with all your might to ignore the responsibilites you know are waiting for you. For 1/2 hour close your eyes and think of something happy and soothing. Doing this puts your priorities in order, this also helps you breath calmly, and regroup.

    Do this for you. Do this to remind yourself that you are as important as the stuff on your list.Love yourself enough to do this for you.
