Hello,
We all have negitive thoughts throughout the day. There's
nothing we can do about it. Although, I heard someone
say that we can control our mind not to have bad thoughts
at all. What I do know is that you can control negitive
thoughts with positive ones. As soon as you feel it
coming on replace it immediately with positive ones.
Sometimes mumbling an affirmation will soothe you.
If you keep doing this you should see a difference with
your thought proccess.Think of words like I can, I will,
yes and not no when appropriate. Train your inner
voice to help you in a positive way. Let it drown out the
negitive. Let it be your support in times of needs. So
instead of letting it rule your thoughts process let it
know who is in charge with motivating words. This also
works when you're alone and you need resurance.
