Hi,
Learn to reconize how we walk, when we're stress.
we tend to walk heavy, hard and slamming our feet
on the ground as we step.Stress can change our
entire body movement. We maybe caring our body
movement in such a way that it could sway us in
the wrong way. And this will be harmful to us and
we don't know it.If you have stress, make a point
to check out how you walk.In the mean time walk
softly.
Take pleasure in other's happiness.
