    Default how to login file manager

    I have a user and to connect the file manager i need ftp information

    what do I need to write ?
    in server ?
    or in user the forum user or the hosting user ?

    When ever i'm trying to upload any file .. It's showing some Error as follows.---

    File could not be uploaded

    Connected to ismailcm.bizhat.com:21 (UNIX) Transfer mode :Binary
