Forum posting is a sanction.

The more you post, the more additional services (php, more webspace + bandwidth) you get. It's just the way many free web hosts are set up, and I think it's ood.

You need php enabled to run any php script, this includes practically every forum you can think of. Other forums run on asp and cfm and cgi <- not supported, but not needed.
