    Nursery Rhymes are folk verse for very young children. It is a well known fact that when a child or even an adult see something, it is embedded in his or her mind for a longer time than when he just listen to it. Nursery Rhymes Videos are one of the most efficient means of teaching your kids.One thing that should be clear about nursery rhymes before reading this article is that nursery rhymes have a rich history and these are not just few rhymes which a kid learns only for the sake of entertainment

    Advantages of Teaching Nursery Rhymes to kids are enormous.Some of these are :-

    1) Teaching of nursery rhymes not only help the kids to speak properly but it also helps them to express there feelings by making facial expressions and gestures. So this is the first step in which we teach our kids how to express there feelings without using formal ways of communication. Also it is a well known fact that in some cases, informal means of communication are more reliable and helpful in communicating then the formal means of communication .So we can say that nursery rhymes are not just like a mere time pass but it is really very very important for child's communication skills and developing his or her ways of expressing.

    2) Nursery Rhymes also help the child in clearing his pronunciation.

    3) More over teaching a child nursery rhymes and making him or her speak that in front of public can increase his or her confidence level.

    4) In old times , Nursery Rhymes were used by the elders to teach spiritual teachings and thereby imbibe a sense of being religious in a kid.

    5) Nursery rhymes can also be used to make a child familiar with the traditions and culture of the society in which he or she is living.

    Apart from all these benefits, there are many more hidden advantages.So the parents should see through it that they teach the kids with atmost importance because it is the very first teaching a child gets and thus if the foundation is strong we can expect the whole structure to be strong.
