Can't login

Hi,
I'm a new comer.
I just registered for free hosting with bizhat.
I already get my account confirmed but still can not log in.
I entered my url and password and the error 'Invalid Domain/Password come out.
Anyone can tell me how to log in?

When you FTP log in, type:
- user : YOU_WEB_SITE_NAME.bizhat.com
- pasword : YOURPASSWORD

Now I can log in but another problem occured.
I can do nothing with file manager.
When I clicked file manager, it's only showed 'index'
Where should I go to start creating my page?

Hi there.
What file manager do you mean?
Give me more details.
Delete the default page 'index.htm' of your web site (URL) and replace it with your own one . Transfer all the other pages to your URL.
To make web site pages you need a program like FrontPage, Macromedia Dreamweaver or other. Do you know what is HTML?

You must desactivate your FIREWALL (Windows/McAfee/Norton...) program before transferring files to the server.

roicoon: did you mean the file manager in the bizhat control panel? you can use your FTP to upload the files.. it's easier than using the file manager. :)
