- You do not have to type "www" in the URL.
- You forgot a SLASH ("/") at the end of the URL.
Your correct URL is http://hogwartsonline.bizhat.com/


To login with FTP type :
- user name: hogwartsonline.bizhat.com
- password: YourPassword

Mike Nissa, I can success connecting to ftp without a SLASH ("/") at the end of the URL.
Typing slash is not necessary.

www.hogwartsonline.bizhat.com is incorrect.
You must type http://hogwartsonline.bizhat.com

Typing slash is not necessary because SLASH ("/") at the end of the URL is automatically type.
If you don't believe, you try it now.
Example : http://www.bizhat.com

Now it is not necessary but a few time ago it didn't work without.
Did they work on the Bizhat server?
