'Titanic' to release in 3D next year!

James Cameron's 1997 hit movie 'Titanic', which received a record 11 Academy Awards, is all set to hit movie theatres worldwide in a 3D version next year.
In a clever marketing move, the return of the epic movie to the big screen has been schedule for a release on April 6, 2012, in time to mark the 100th anniversary of the doomed passenger liner setting sail from England on April 10, 1912.
"There''s a whole generation that''s never seen Titanic as it was meant to be seen, on the big screen. And this will be Titanic as you''ve never seen it before, digitally remastered at 4K (resolution) and painstakingly converted to 3D," News.com.au quoted Cameron, as saying in a statement issued by the studios and distributors.
"With the emotional power intact and the images more powerful than ever, this will be an epic experience for fans and newcomers alike," he added.

TITANIC is one of those movies that seemed good when it came up but after the hype dies down and you revisit it a few years later...well, not so good. In fact, I've never watched TITANIC again since the first time I saw it in theaters in 1997..
sounds it would be great to watch..
