Blue Lotus Festival is not only about music!
Blue Lotus Festival is an unprecedented event focused on presenting the richness of genres and styles of best of Indian Sufi, Folk, Traditional, Gypsy, Tribal, Devotional, Spiritual and Indigenous music from 13th to 18th February 2013. The festival will be celebrated in Pushkar – an ancient town of great cultural and historical importance in Rajasthan, India.
In traditional cultures, performers and their audiences have always had a symbiotic relationship characterized by interplay; as such, sharing, exchange, and engagement form the foundation of the experience we shall create at the Blue Lotus Festival. We want to proclaim music as a way of inspiring social inclusion, promoting cultural diversity, and nourishing individual empowerment.
