Ingredients:


4 green chillies
oil to fry
500 gms semolina (rava)
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste


Preparation Method:

1. Chop green chillies finely. mix rawa, flour and water.
2. Stir well and leave covered for 1 hour.
3. Add water to get a dosa batter consistency. heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,
4. Green chillies. when cummin crackles add oil to the batter.
5. Pour spoonful of batter.
6. Spread into a round, add oil around it and turn over.
7. Remove when cooked.
8. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
