Is There A "Style Bridge" to use so that WordPress and the PHPBB Forum have the same look?

If I want to have a WordPress BLOG and a PHPBB forum on the same site and have them share the same styles, how can I do that?

I am thinking that the first step os to have PHPBB and WordPress use the same CSS file.
