Every body knows that mullaperiyar has life expectancy of 50 years and the kerala people should be lucky that it did 116 years. Don't depend on faith and politics. the Indian politics and indians have a blame culture. no one will do any thing. there is still a good solution i.e provide a tender for private companies and build a new dam which is the best solution. if the politics still need corruption then they will blame eachother till the dam get destroyed. the communist knew it before in their lasr regime, and the minister for water resources Prem Chandran knew it but he kept silent because of the regime of corruption and if he gave any orders he will be tarnished. People of kerala with 99% literacy are still acting as fools. The statistics is provided and ask the past government and present for building a dam with private support which is done in other parts of the country. If u people are still illiterate there are companies in India like GMR , Jaypee, L& t , Essar, TATA power, sahara, reliance, etc to take part allow them and done blame other because blaming is cowards job.
