Password resend problem (E-mail)

I'm a forum admin, and i forgot my password on my forum, so i used the "resend password" fuction, so a new password would be created and sent to my e-mail, but the new password never arrived....what can i do??



by the way, i'm a netfreehost admin, so i deserve support!~

And this makes you have more privlages?
I'm a CFE Administrator and I get treated like shit around here, nobody outside the Bizhat.com administration gets any deservings or extra privlages.

Make sure that you check your bulk mail if you are using hotmail and such, if you are using outlook or something like spam assasin such emails may have been deleted by these programs, so check your deleted folder also.

and also make sure you use the correct email address becz someone use hotmail but assume that they are using yahoo..lol

i noticed that some of the users of my forum never get any validation confirmation or password resent to them for that matter to their hotmail accounts... i'm guessing, it's because hotmail treats anything from bizhat as spam or something and sends it to junk mail folder and the users don't realize they have to check it. cheers.
