    16 bit MS DOS Subsystem Error

    dl.exe
    The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
    CS: 053 IP:63 61 74 69 6f Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.


    please help me how can solve my problem

    its a spyware
    try using antispyware
    or u can get rid of the problem by deleting the dl.exe file
