phpbb help

Well basically I have an integramod (pre-modded phpbb) forum however I want to swithc back to phpbb. I want to move all my posts and member to the new forum however I barely have any knowledge on how to do backup and all that, and the last person who tried to help us didn't have enough knowledge either
can someone here help me transfer my data on the new forum? i'm sure we can decide on some terms that are good for both of us

where u have hosted the forum
if on a free host then ask the admins or the support for database backup
Most of the time on free forums u r charge a fee for backup

Then again u dint tel where u want to host the forum
its not possible to import database on free forums
u've to host forum urself with php and MYSQL enabled host

Upload the forum files after downloading latest phpBB to ur host
Install the forum
import the database through phpmyadmin
link it to the forum
and ur forum will be up again

Mind u that the phpBB without mods is rather useless
u've to apply some good mods to make it working

All right i got my own hosting
I have my forum hosted on my account, i can get the database backup easily but the current pre-modded phpbb forum i'm using has different sql tables than original phpbb forum thus everyone's havin a hard time trying to move my data to the new phpbb
I can easily get databse back up...thats no problem but i need someone who knows what theyr'e doing and can surely transfer my data

goto www.integramod2.com
and find the integramod uninstaller or integramod to phpBB convertor

Its surely available there
use it as said in the manualand u r done

well I know, but they don't have a converter to phpbb...atleast yet so its useless asking them. people have done it in past and had no reply. and I tried too, but no response
