Well first question how are you typing this if so....(lol j/k i dont care just makes one wonder) and try watching this www.thebroken.org . its really cool and tells you how to change your password. by hacking into windows(its pritty easy!).

You will never get your password back unless you are a supper hacker ! hehe

thats simple................ on booting of system press F8 key then select the safe mode, there s an adminstrator account created during loading of os. mostly people donot assign a passwrd to it . log into system through it and in control panel change ur original account.

in the windows xp have a feature like create a password reset Disk.
if u create a password reset disk u will reset ur xp password.
