Cisco Device Info can retrive runtime details from Cisco routers and switches via the SNMP protocol.

To begin, click the "Devices" button in the top right to add a new Cisco device. Once added you will be able to select it from the dropdown list, this will immediately try and communicate with the device using SNMP.

Devices Configuration:
1. General: Name, Address, Port (default 161), Version (V1, V2C, V3)
2. Communties: Read Only
3. Security and privacy: Username, Authentication (NoAuth, MD-5, SHA-1) and Passphrase, Privacy (NoPriv, DES, AES-128) and Passphrase

Main Settings:
1. Resolve IP addresses to hostnames
This setting determines whether IP addresses in certain places should be resolved using PTR records. This is currently available only on the IPSec tab.

2. Store device configuration in a different location
Store the device configuration in a location other than %AppData%. This must be a file to which the user has read/write permissions. If the file does not already existed, it will be created.

3. Show Interface descriptions
This setting determines whether descriptions set for interfaces are shown on the tab.

4. Adjust the timeout for SNMP operations
Each SNMP operation will timeout if a device does not repond within a certain number seconds. If devices are slow to respond the number of seconds can be increased, it let Cisco Device Info to wait longer for respones. (default is 10 seconds)

This is a commercial application which is licensed on a per-use basis.
