National Highways Authority of India Recruitment 2013

Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL), a new company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with equity participation from NHAI (25%), Concessionaire (50%) and financial institutions (25%) for implementation of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system on National Highways in India.

IHMCL is looking for energetic & result oriented talents in following disciplines.

1. Chief Executive Officer
Qualification: A first class degree in Engineering and a full time Master’s Degree in Business Management from a reputed institute.

2. Chief Technical Officer
Qualification: A first class degree in Electronics or Computer Science /Engineering or Information Technology from a reputed institute

3. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification: A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Economics, with CA/ICWA, and a full time MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.

4. Head – Administration & HR
Qualification: A candidate with a full time MBA in Human Resource/Personnel Management/ Admn from a reputed institute.

5. Company Secretary
Qualification: Graduate or post-graduates in Commerce or Law, preferably having completed ICWA or CA AND having successfully completed the Company Secretary course (Professional) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

6. Personal Assistant
Qualification - A candidate with a degree in any discipline and a minimum 2 year’s experience in basic computer operations/ routine computer applications (like commonly used components of Microsoft Office), routine office functions of subordinate nature.

7. Receptionist/ Telephone Operator
Qualification - Candidate with minimum education of a graduate in any discipline and possessing excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, good manners/ etiquettes and minimum 1 year experience of working as a receptionist / telephone operator in a reputed company.
