The primary role of the Recruitment Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients across the Region, win contracts and ensure successful delivery of the Client’s requirements.
Develop rapport with new clients, achieve the set targets and continually improve the Customer Relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products and support services to clients. Management and accountability of all contracts.

Masters / Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Experience: 5-8 years, in Recruitment, Sourcing & Business Development
