Overpopulation
There's a common belief held that the world is rapidly headed for over-population by humans.
Many (for religious reasons and other) continue to procreate freely, giving birth to many children. Are these people acting selfishly or even perhaps immorally.
Is it time for more governments of the world to begin 'urging' families and individuals to limit their offspring?
If so, how does this interfere with the right to one's own beliefs and religion, as many who have large families do so because they don't agree with the use of birth control (eg: Catholics).
