Database help

Hi there, i just paid $10 to get my database for http://soc.s4.bizhat.com
What do i do next ?
I've contacted the site afterwards but i've still heard nothing back.

I've received the database file, i've uploaded it to my new forum and nothing has changed :(

Whats happened ??

You need to import database through phpmyadmin, then install phpBB using that database.

Also edit the database config table and change old url with new uurl of your web site.

First, you need to login to your web hosting control panel, then there should be some way to manage data base. Most web host provide phpMyAdmin. If you can't find this, ask the web host.

You need to remove existing phpBB database, delete it, take a backup, so you can restore if you need it later.

Now create new database and restore the forum database backup.

Now you will see tables in phpMyadmin. Not the name SOMENAME_config SOMENAME_users etc... That "SOMENAME_" you need to edit your phpBB config.php file and put it as value of variable prefix.

Now your forum will work with database backup.

Because i dont understand what you mean. Sorry for being such a newb lol
if you could explain in a little more detail i should be able to figure it out

You can see the list of tables in your database through phpMyAdmin ? If yes, post a screen shot of table listing and current content of config.php, this should be avaialble in your phpBB folder.
