On the left hand side of the subred theme setting there is a big pHp banner/box, now on some pHp/bizhat sites with the same or similar themes they actually have got rid of this or have their own logo in place of it - how do I do this?

Its the banner at the top left hand www.ourworld.s3.bizhat.com

should be in admin control pannel.
You should be able to load a new banner with the option "configure banner"
