I'm not able to upload any file into my FTP server.. Can any one Please help me..

When ever i'm trying to upload any file .. It's showing some Error as follows.---

File could not be uploaded
Connected to ismailcm.bizhat.com:21 (UNIX)
Transfer mode :Binary
