Hi, I just managed to create my phpBB forum but when it comes to terms of service something is unclear to me:

There is a statement on bizhat's free phpBB hosting faq that in order not to get your forum deleted without any warning you have to obey the rules - that's obvious. But there is a note in the very first line of preface that "Free forum hosting services are freely available for use by anyone who registers as BizHat member". Does it mean that I have to make some extra registration step at bizhat after finishing the process of creating my forum (which doesn't really require any registration)? My forum is working well at the moment, but I don't want to have it deleted.
