Could not open template config file

Hello I'm new here but I have been using a Bizhat forum for some time, however today I've come across a problem, I changed one of the templates and now I get this error:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not open template config file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 519
File : functions.php

The website is: stealtharmy.s4.bizhat (I can't post the whole thing)

I've managed to create the configuration form from another forum, but whenever I try and pass the data through by changing the form address action I still get the same error, and presumably nothing has been changed.

I hope someone can help me out, if not, a way where I can get the data from the forum, like the topics and forums etc....
