Making a member a moderator

Can anyone tell me how i can make a member on my forum a moderator, so that his name is in Green, like it shows at the bottom of the forum.

Admins are in orange i know and i see that a moderator will be in green

This is fairly simple really...

Simply create a group that has moderator powers (Group Admin).
Then in the forum go to the usergroups and simply add the member you wish to become a moderator. Quite simple really.
