Hi,
I tell my children not to sweat the small things
in life.If something bad has happened, then
look at the chart we created and depending on
where a problem lands on the chart we worry
or not. We all learn that we can't always solve
all our problems, but deciding which one is worth
the stress is important.

Take time to breathe and let out the stress, it
cannot hurt you if you don't allow it to. Take
one issue at a time.
