Default Re-creating old forums, back-up data

Right, I made a post and now its gone because of spam-prevention.

I had a forum at jconserv, after the site closed down because mis-management by Mr. o'Conner we were all left with no forums.

I managed to back up the data sometime before the closure, I was wondering if could be uploaded to re-create the forum here, and if so would somebody be kind enough to instruct me how?

It is a 36,000 KB Notebook file contaning the SQL data.

    thnx.

Think twice dude.....no support here for free forums. PM me if you want to know where to go for a kick-ash paid forum where you have total control.
